Grilling vegetables makes the vegetables taste much better than when cooked. Boiled broccoli is known to absorb many nutrients from the cooking water. Grilling is not that bad; it is tasty and healthy. You should of course not let the vegetables turn black. Turning it a few times is best when grilling over the barbecue. For the optimal grilling process in an oven, you must ensure that the oven heats from all sides. When grilling the vegetables, it is a good idea to put them on an iron skewer. Wooden satay sticks char quickly and that doesn’t taste good.

Yogurt-garlic dip sauce
Grilled vegetables are delicious on the vegetarian barbecue. All grilled vegetables taste great with a yogurt garlic sauce that you can make yourself. Squeeze two cloves of garlic over a bowl of yogurt and add the green herbs parsley, basil, dill, oregano and thyme. Add salt and pepper to finish the dipping sauce.
Grilled salad
Some vegetables can be perfectly combined when grilled. Mushrooms, broccoli, bell pepper and eggplant are perfect vegetables to put on a plate when they are warm and then top with garlic yogurt. It is also delicious to enrich the yogurt with some grated cucumber. This is a fantastically tasty appetizer. By adding baked potato with herb butter, organic brown bread and olives and consuming a fresh salad of lettuce leaves with grilled onion rings, you can make the grilled vegetables a base for a meal.
1 Grilled Tomato
A grilled tomato tastes much sweeter and fuller than a piece of raw tomato. The water in the tomato can get very hot, so be careful not to burn your mouth. Let it cool down for a while. A tomato is not convenient to skewer because if they burst open they can fall through the grill due to the softening. Put it entirely on the grill. In the oven you have to put them in a bowl.
2 Grilled corn
Grilled corn is a delicious vegetable that you can eat with your hands. A napkin is not an unnecessary luxury, it is a tasty snack that is also filling and healthy. Almost everyone loves grilled corn and it is an excellent vegetable to give the barbecue a responsible and healthy character.
3 Grilled mushrooms
Grilled mushrooms form a slightly hard dry film on the outside. When you bite into it, your tongue is flooded with mushroom juice. Do cool down a little later, because the inside can be very hot. Optionally, you can sprinkle grated cheese over the mushrooms before grilling.
4 Grilled Peppers
Bell pepper is tasty but unfortunately falls under the 5 vegetables with the most pesticides. It is particularly wise to grill only organic peppers. A grilled bell pepper is an absolute refined delicacy among grilled vegetables. When you grill it long enough, you can easily peel the bell pepper,
5 Grilled onion
A grilled onion tastes wonderfully delicious and completely different from fried or raw onion. Onions are not expensive and it is advisable to grill an onion while preparing an oven dish. You can then eat this grilled onion or use it in an otherwise ungrilled salad.
6 Grilled eggplant
A grilled eggplant is one of the tastiest vegetables there is. With a little garlic oil on top, a grilled aubergine slice tastes fantastic. When you lay the slices flat on the grid, a nice grill structure is created in the vegetable meat.
Grilled broccoli
Broccoli on the grill is a tasty and healthy snack. Only use the tops. You can make a broccoli soup from the stem by boiling and blending it. The florets are done quickly. Do not leave the broccoli on the grid for too long because it is best crispy.
8 Grilled sweet potato
Sweet potatoes can be sliced and put on a skewer, or placed flat on the grid. The sweet potato is also edible raw, so it does not need to be grilled for so long. The sweet potato can be easily spit on. Make a skewer mix of the orange sweet potatoes, mushrooms and large chunks of onion with the thickness of one ring.
9 Grilled plain potato
You can also grill an ordinary potato, but it will take a little longer. It is also nice to wrap a potato in aluminum foil and roast it in the oven or barbecue. A baked potato has a completely different taste than a boiled or baked potato. You only have to add butter, but herb butter and garlic butter are also delicious and quickly made. For herb butter, all you need to do is grab a few of your favorite green herbs including chives and thyme and mix into the butter. Garlic butter is made by squeezing two or three cloves of garlic and putting everything, including the crushed garlic, through the butter.
10 Grilled cauliflower
Grilled cauliflower is a fun variation on grilled vegetables. It is not a traditional grill vegetable, but that makes it all the more original. You can alternately put a piece of broccoli and a piece of cauliflower on a skewer. Put red bell pepper between these two so that you get a nice, brightly colored skewer. That also makes eating vegetables fun for children. When a child is old enough you can let him make his own vegetable skewer.
