Freezing temperatures in particular are a problem for the lithium-polymer battery: the battery capacity can quickly drop to a few percent. This in turn prevents successful jump start with the power bank. The power bank is therefore better off in the apartment or garage. If you want to take the power bank with you in the car, make sure it is insulated. The ideal temperature for storing the power bank is room temperature.
