Nice works
When baking the almond cookies there are several fun tasks for the children to do. First of all, sift the flour, always do this, it will make the cookies much lighter. Shake the flour little by little through a fine sieve over a bowl. Kneading the dough is also a lot of fun, as is rolling it out with the rolling pin and cutting it into squares with the serrated rotary cutter. Such a knife is for sale at good household stores, choose a coarser one than shown here.
You can also use stitch molds with a serrated edge, children will of course also enjoy working with such a mold.
