The ingredients required for this recipe are:
- 5 eggs
- 150 grams of butter (choose cream butter if you like an extra creamy taste)
- 350 grams of brown caster sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla-flavored sugar
- 100 grams of cocoa powder

Add the vanilla sugar, cocoa, flour and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Carefully fold these last ingredients through the mixture, but do not stir, otherwise the structure of the brownies will be too cakey.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Gently spoon the small pieces of white chocolate into the mixture. Grease the baking pan and then pour the mixture into the baking pan. Heat the mixture in the center of the oven for 40 minutes.
Let the brownies cool down before removing them from the baking tin. Then cut the brownies into 12 square pieces.
- Serve the brownies in a nice bowl
- To test whether the brownies are already cooked on the inside, you can pierce the middle with a skewer. Does it come out clean? Then the brownies are done.
- Sprinkle the brownies with icing sugar or chocolate sprinkles for an extra nice effect
- Also nice as a treat at school or at work, put a brownie piece on a napkin and hand it out!
