Lawyer coffee
In a tall mug, mix 3 tablespoons of eggnog with 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar and stir with hot coffee. Add a dollop of sweetened whipped cream and scoop a spoonful of eggnog to it.
African coffee
Beat ¾ cup of hot strong coffee with 1 teaspoon of cane sugar, 2 tablespoons of fresh cream and 1 tablespoon of cocoa cream and pour into a tall glass. Dust with cocoa powder and scoop a tuft of sweetened whipped cream on top as desired.
Bulgarian coffee
Beat 2 tablespoons of Bulgarian yogurt with 1 tablespoon of fine caster sugar and ½ cup of strong cold coffee. Pour this into a tall glass.
Café Brulot from New Orleans
In a high heat-resistant glass, mix 2 tablespoons of cointreau with 2 tablespoons of fresh cream and some grated orange zest. Pour hot strong coffee over it, stir and garnish with a sprinkle of sweetened whipped cream and some candied orange flakes.
Café Français
Put a spoonful of sugar or a cube in a heat-resistant glass. Bring 1/3 glass of cognac to boiling point and flambé. Pour into the glass and add 2/3 strong hot coffee. Then run the convex side of a spoon of lightly whipped sweetened whipped cream onto the coffee.
Cafe Glace
Make a cup of strong (espresso) coffee and let it cool down. Pour some of the coffee into a tall glass and add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream. Add the remaining coffee and scoop a dollop of sweetened whipped cream. Serve with a spoon and a straw.
Cappuccino
Bring whole milk to the boil and whisk until frothy with the whisk. Fill a cup up to 2 centimeters below the rim with strong coffee, pour in the milk and sprinkle with cocoa powder. Optionally, you can add a sprinkle of whipped cream.
Exotic coffee
In a high heat-resistant glass, mix 1 tablespoon of brown cane sugar with ½ shot glass of exotic liqueur to taste. Top up with hot strong coffee to 2 centimeters below the rim. Lightly whip fresh cream with 1 tablespoon of icing sugar and a pinch of cinnamon. Run this over the convex side of a spoon on the coffee.
Hawaiian coffee
Make very strong coffee, let it cool down, pour into ice cube trays and put in the freezer. Crush the frozen ice cubes, put them in a tall glass and pour ice-cold pineapple juice over it. Place a slice of fresh pineapple on the rim of the glass.
Hussar coffee
Mix 2 centilitres of vodka with a splash of coffee liqueur and pour hot strong coffee over it. Top with a dollop of sweetened whipped cream and garnish with chocolate chips.
Ice Coffee
Brew ½ liter of very strong coffee. Add 350 grams of fine caster sugar and let it melt. While cooling, add ½ liter fresh cream and ¼ liter whole milk. Freeze as for ice cream until the mixture is thick and runny and can still be drunk. Serve in pre-cooled mocha cups. Scoop 1 to 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream into a tall glass and top up with cold, sweetened coffee. Garnish with a good dollop of sweetened whipped cream and chocolate chips o a chocolate coffee bean. Make strong coffee and add sugar to taste or not. Place ice cubes in a tall glass and pour the cold coffee over it. Stir in fresh cream last.
Irish Coffee
Put a spoonful of sugar or a cube in a heat-resistant glass. Bring 1/3 glass of whiskey to a boil and flambé. Pour into the glass and add 2/3 strong hot coffee. Then run the convex side of a spoon of lightly whipped sweetened whipped cream onto the coffee.
Italian honey coffee
In a cup, mix 1 tablespoon of liquid acacia honey with 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar. Bring the milk to a foamy boil while beating with the whisk. Fill the cup to just over half with hot, strong (espresso) coffee and then add the milk.
Coffee Cubana
In a cup, mix 1 tablespoon of brown cane sugar with ½ shot glass of brown rum. Top up with very strong hot coffee up to 2 centimeters below the rim and pour over the frothy whipped boiling milk.
Coffee Grog
Bring 1/4 liter of whole milk to the boil with grated lemon zest, 50 grams of caster sugar, a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of cloves. Mix 1 cup of brandy with 1 cup of strong hot coffee and pour into a high heat-resistant glass. Top up with boiling sifted milk and sprinkle chocolate chips over it.
Coffee Marrakech
Bring 1/4 liter of water to the boil with the zest of 1 orange and 1/4 vanilla pod split. Let it steep for 15 minutes, strain it and use it to make coffee. Pour into a cup or tall mug and add sugar to taste. Top with a whipped cream sweetened with vanilla sugar and a little orange syrup. Sprinkle with candied orange flakes.
Coffee from the emperor
Beat 1 egg yolk with 1 tablespoon fresh cream. Pour a cup of strong coffee over it, add sugar to taste and finally add a dash of cognac.
Coffee wrong
Take half-and-half hot strong coffee and boiling milk and serve in a large mug.
Coconut coffee
Mix 2 tablespoons of fresh cream with 2 tablespoons of coconut milk and place in a high heat-resistant glass. Top up with strong hot coffee and scoop a dollop of sweetened whipped cream on top. Finally, sprinkle grated coconut on top.
Liege coffee
Make strongly sweetened coffee, stir in a shot glass of regional gin and let it cool or not. Spoon 2 scoops of mocha ice cream into a tall glass and pour the coffee over it. Garnish with whipped cream and a little cocoa powder.
Mexican coffee
Put that 1 teaspoon of grated chocolate in a cup or tall glass and dust with a little cinnamon. Pour the fairly strong hot (espresso) coffee over it up to 2 centimeters below the rim. Stir in 1 tablespoon of rum and 2 tablespoons of whipped cream. Sprinkle grated chocolate over it.
Musketeer coffee
In a high heat-resistant glass, mix 1 tablespoon of brown candy sugar with 2 tablespoons of fresh cream. Top up with hot strong coffee and add a good dash of Armagnac.
Norman coffee
Place 1 tablespoon of sugar candy in a high heat-resistant glass and pour 1 shot glass of flambéed calvados over it. Deglaze with hot strong coffee and run lightly whipped sweetened whipped cream over the coffee over the convex side of a spoon.
Parisian Cream Coffee
Bring 2 tablespoons of whole milk to the boil with 1 tablespoon of sugar and let it cool slightly while beating. Mix with 1 tablespoon of fresh cream and pour over the strong hot coffee.
Satans coffee
In a high heat-resistant glass, mix 2 tablespoons ginger syrup and ½ shot glass of rum. Fill up to 3 centimeters below the rim with hot coffee. Mix sweet whipped cream with a pinch of cocoa powder and spoon a dollop over the coffee.
Orange coffee
Make a cup of strong (espresso) coffee and let it cool down. Scoop 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream into a tall glass and pour the coffee over it with a splash of orange liqueur. Garnish with a sprinkle of sweetened whipped cream.
Wiener Kaffee
Beat 1 small egg yolk with 1 tablespoon of caster sugar until frothy and mix an equal amount of hot milk and hot strong coffee through the egg mixture, stirring constantly. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a sprinkle of sweetened whipped cream. This is also possible in a cold version: Viennese Ice Coffee.
