Ingredients for 12 cupcakes
- 150 grams of butter (tip: remove the butter from the fridge at least two hours in advance!)
- 150 grams of sugar
- 150 grams of self-raising flour
- 1 packet of vanilla-flavored sugar

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- In a large bowl, mix the sugar, self-raising flour and vanilla sugar together with a wooden spoon.
- Then cut the butter into small pieces and add it, along with the eggs, to the rest of the ingredients and mix with a mixer for at least 5 minutes to a light batter.
- Take a baking pan for 12 cupcakes and put the paper cups in it.
- Using 2 spoons, scoop each paper mold 3/4 full with the batter
- Bake the cupcakes for 20-25 minutes in the middle of the oven.
- Are the cupcakes ready? First let them cool for 10 minutes in an open oven and then take them out. They can then cool further out of the mold and on a plate.
