Summer is the perfect time to end the meal with a fresh and healthy dessert. What better than the dessert with fruit and also think of the 2 pieces of fruit that must be consumed per day. Combine it with the low-fat quark or take ice cream, but then light ice cream. If you take chocolate, always take it pure. Combine nicely with the different fruits.
Chocolate with fruit
Ingredients
- 1 bar of dark chocolate
- 1 box of strawberries
- 2 red apples
- 2 small green bananas
- 3 tangerines
- sunflower oil
Preparation
Put a dash of oil in a pan and let it get hot, then add the chocolate (made small). Cut the apples, bananas, tangerines and strawberries into pieces. When the chocolate is hot and melted, place the fruit on ramekins and then pour some chocolate over the fruit.
Cottage cheese with fruit
Ingredients
- large bowl of low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 box of strawberries
- 3 green apples
- 3 small green bananas
- 6 tangerines
- 3 kiwis
- sugar
- 1 pineapple
- almonds
Preparation
There is plenty of ready-made quark, but combining quark itself with fresh fruit and a homemade sauce is just as delicious.
Put 3 scoops of low-fat cottage cheese on a plate and clean the fruit and add a few pieces of each fruit to the low-fat cottage cheese. Make a sauce of some mashed strawberries with a little sugar and pour this over the quark and fruit. Sprinkle some crushed almonds on top to finish.
Ice cream with fruit
Ingredients
- small bowl of light vanilla ice cream
- bottle of fresh orange juice combined with eg kiwi
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup of berries
- powdered sugar
Preparation
Grab large ice cream coupes and put the freshly cleaned berries at the bottom and then put some banana slices on top. Add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream in each cup and pour some fresh orange juice over it. Finally, top with some berries and sprinkle some icing sugar on top.
