Walking the dog includes cleaning up the dog poo. If you want to do this without getting your hands dirty, you can use a dog poop scoop or poop grab. This is a grab – with or without a stick – to which you can attach a waste bag. You grab the dog turd with this and then deposit it in the waste bin with one hand movement. Your hands won’t even come close to the faeces. Hygienic for the dog owner, and so social for the environment.

Walking a dog includes cleaning up dog poo
For many dog owners, walking the dog several times a day is a relaxing activity. Enjoy the fresh air and clear your head while your four-legged friend also enjoys his or her outing. However, what also comes standard here is having to clean up the needs of the dog. Dog poo on the street, on grass strips and even in playgrounds is one of the biggest annoyances in public space. To make it easier for dog owners to clean up dog waste, many municipalities have installed special waste bins for the disposal of dog waste. The faeces can be thrown in here with a waste bag and all.

It is also known that many people only walk around with waste bags on the dog leash for appearances, but do not actually use them. Dog poo scoop or poo grab makes cleaning up dog poo less unpleasant
What keeps many people from cleaning up their dog’s feces is understandably the fact that it can be quite a dirty job. If it is a ‘normal’ dog turd then it is still up to that point, but if a dog suffers from loose stools then everyone can imagine that picking it up is no fun. In addition, physical discomforts such as back pain and difficulty bending can also prevent dog owners from doing their civic duty. A solution to this is to use a dog poop scoop or poo grab.
A dog poop scoop usually consists of an aluminum or plastic stick with a gripper at one end and an ergonomic handle with which the gripper can be operated at the other end. Most scoops have the option to attach a dog poop bag to the grab so that after grabbing the turd, it only has to be opened again above the trash can. The gripper does not get dirty on the inside and therefore does not have to be washed every time. An additional advantage is that you do not have to bend over. There are also poo grabbers without an extension stick. These are just as hygienic, but do require stooping when clearing the dog turd.
