Originally tapas come from Spain. In the meantime, this delicacy has spread all over the world and a combination of several tapa is also eaten as an evening meal. Making many different tapas for dinner takes a lot of time, however, if you do not feel like spending days in the kitchen, but still wants to surprise your guests with a varied selection of small snacks, it just does it the Dutch way, easy. , fast and tasty!
Melon with raw ham

Cut the melon into cubes and the ham into equal strips. Wrap the melon cubes and small strips of ham, secure with a small skewer and you have a fresh, but savory snack.
Dates with cream cheese and bacon
Necessities:

- Pack of cream cheese
- Bacon in straight slices
Remove the seeds from the dates and fill the vacant cavity on the inside of the date with cream cheese. Wrap the date in a strip of bacon and secure with a small skewer. Fry the dates in a frying pan over low heat until the bacon is slightly browned. Serve warm.
Meatballs in tomato sauce

Season the minced meat and add if necessary. an onion, turn it into small balls and fry it loose in a frying pan. Add the tomato puree and let it heat up well. Serve in a container with skewers.
Poffertjes with fruit skewer
This skewer is a nice sweet change to the savory snacks and can also be used as a dessert, for example with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Necessities:
- Poffertjes mix or ready-made poffertjes
- Powdered sugar
- Fruit, eg apples, grapes, bananas or strawberries
Bake the poffertjes as indicated on the package, or warm them up in the oven or microwave. Cut the fruit into pieces and prick alternately a piece of fruit and a pancake on a long skewer. Optionally, you can sprinkle the whole thing with powdered sugar.
Puff pastry snacks with feta cheese and minced meat
Necessities:

Defrost the puff pastry slices and cut them diagonally in half, so that you get triangles. Preheat the oven as indicated on the puff pastry pack. Season the minced meat and fry it loose in a frying pan, then let the minced meat cool down.
While the mince is cooling, you can already make the snacks with feta cheese. Coat the puff pastry triangle with a teaspoon of honey. Crumble the feta and spread it over half of the triangle (Note: you must still be able to fold the bite closed). Sprinkle some basil on top of the feta cheese and then squeeze two farthest points of the triangle towards each other to close the bite. Press the edges together with a fork and brush the top of the puff pastry with a little beaten egg with a brush.
For the snacks with minced meat you do the same, only instead of feta cheese and honey you put minced meat in your flap. Put the flaps in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes and enjoy!
