In Europe only with four-cylinder
A 2.2-liter diesel with 149 kW / 202 PS and an unspecified 2.5-liter gasoline engine are available for the drive in the GV70, each combined with an eight-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. In addition to the diesel, the G70 sedan has a 2.0-liter petrol engine with 188 kW / 250 PS, which is optionally available with rear-wheel or all-wheel drive. The six-cylinder unit offered overseas does not exist for the German market (vehicles are not yet for sale, homologations pending²).
Further models are planned
The G70 has been on the market in Asia and the USA since 2017, and the facelift model is now making it to Europe. Including the larger brand brothers G80 and GV80, the program for the European launch of the brand now consists of four models. Three electric models have also already been announced, including the recently presented GV60 SUV. (Text: hh / sp-x | Pictures: Manufacturer)
