Gourmet – what you can use with it
Gourmetten provides a pleasant evening dining and can easily be done with several people. With gourmet you can eat and combine many different things. In this article you can find different foods that are extremely suitable for the gourmet.
What do you need with gourmet?
Of course a raclette grill with the accompanying pans. These are not always included, but small wooden spatulas come in handy for turning the food. You can use butter or fat for baking. A tablecloth is a good idea as it can mess with constantly moving the food. Drinking is always useful with gourmet a nice wine or something like that. You will of course also need cutlery, plates, bowls and napkins. Pepper, salt and paprika can also be useful for seasoning the meat.
How much do you use?
Because more is often eaten than just meat and fish, food regularly remains. In total, 350 grams of meat or fish per person is often more than enough if you have several foods on the table. If you have leftover food, it is best to bake it immediately if you want to freeze it.
Combinations with baguette
Baguette is good to use with gourmet. You cut the baguette into small even nice pieces. products with which baguette can be combined well:
- Young cheese
- Herb butter
You can let these two melt in the pan on the baguette. You can of course also put your baked meat on the baguette.
You can choose a ready-made gourmet dish, but you can also compose your own meat. A tasty and somewhat cheaper alternative to steak can be tartare, season the tartare with salt and pepper on both sides. Then quickly fry the tartare alternately so that the tartare remains raw on the inside. In principle, all types of meat on the gourmet alone cannot be filled with meat such as a cheese goron blue because the cheese will run out as soon as you want to cut it into pieces. Promised meat products include chicken fillet, burgers, shoarma.
Fish is something to be loved. To start lightly, you can try panga fillet, which does not have a very strong fish taste. You can also prepare all fresh fish on the gourmet except for cod fillet, which falls apart when frying in a pan. Prawns (this is a collective name for shrimp and not especially a large shrimp) can also be used well on the gourmet.

You can also opt for vegetables, but count on them that if you cook them in a pan, they will not stay warm forever. If necessary, try to divide the raclette grill in pieces so that the flavors of fish, meat and vegetables do not mix.
Provide different sauces to suit everyone. Opt for some common sauces like mayonnais, ketchup and curry, but peanut sauce and cocktail sauce would certainly go well with the gourmet.
