It is often incorrectly said that the smoothie is a summer drink par excellence. But the smoothie is also increasingly used as a dessert or just as a tasty and healthy snack. If you are tired of eating the fruit the traditional way, the smoothie may be a solution. Some examples which can of course be varied to taste.
The cherry smoothie
Ingredients
- 75 grams of cherries, without stone
- 1.5 dl goat’s milk
- 4 soaked dates
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- lemon tea
Preparation
Brew a cup of tea with lemon, let it cool and pour into ice cube trays. Then soak the dates in hot water and then add all the ingredients together in the blender and mix until it becomes a whole. Add a few ice cubes of lemon tea, mix another briefly in the blender and sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon over the smoothie.
The peach banana smoothie
Ingredients
- 3 peaches, without stone
- 1 cup of low-fat soy milk
- 2 bananas
- strawberries (only as a garnish)
- strawberry tea
Preparation
Brew a cup of strawberry tea, let it cool and pour in ice cube molds. Then add all ingredients together in the blender and mix until it becomes a whole. Add a few ice cubes of strawberry tea and mix in the blender for a while. Put there as ?? crown ?? a fresh strawberry.
The orange, lemon & strawberry smoothie
Ingredients
- juice of 4 oranges
- 1.5 cup of low-fat yogurt
- 0.5 yogurt ice cream
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 10 strawberries
- strawberry tea
- fresh mint
Preparation
Brew a cup of strawberry tea and pour cooled into ice cube trays. Then combine all ingredients until it becomes a mass and then add the ice cubes. Just make the ice cubes smaller in the blender and finally put a sprig of fresh mint on the edge of the glass.
The kiwi smoothie
Ingredients
- 4 kiwis
- 1 lime
- 0.5 lemon
- green tea
- 1 banana
- 0.5 melon
- 1.5 cup low-fat yogurt
Preparation
Brew a cup of green tea and add lemon, then cool and freeze in ice cubes. Then combine the ingredients and make it a mass. Then add some ice cubes and chop them up with a blender. As a tuft ?? alternately place a few pieces of tasty melon and kiwi on the edge of the glass.
