Macaroni
Necessities
For 3 to 4 people:
- 300 grams of Macaroni
- Can of Smac
- Bag of macaroni mix
- 4 eggs

Preparation
Put a pan of water on the fire, when it boils you can add the macaroni. Regular macaroni should cook for about 12 minutes. Fast cooking macaroni about 5 minutes. Stir the macaroni a few times so that it does not stick to the bottom. The other ingredients can be prepared simultaneously, but this requires a few pans. Cut the smac into small cubes and fry them in the frying pan over a low heat until they get a crispy layer. Put the bag of macaroni mix in a small (steel) pan with the specified amount of water on the bag. This can differ slightly per brand. Remove the pan from the heat when it starts to simmer. Give it a stir and let it stand until the macaroni is done. Stir fry the eggs in a frying pan until they turn light brown.
When the macaroni is cooked, it can be drained with a colander. Let the macaroni drain briefly in the colander and return it to the pan. Then the smac, eggs and macaroni mix can be added. Stir well and the macaroni is ready!
Variations
It is also very tasty to bake a chopped onion with the smac, or to add a vegetable package. The smac can also be replaced with ground beef.
Pasta
Necessities

- 400 grams of pasta (for example fusilli or penne)
- 300 grams of minced meat
- Mix for bolognese sauce

Preparation
Pasta:
Put a pan of water on the fire, when it boils the pasta can be added with a pinch of salt if necessary. The pasta should cook for about 8 minutes. Stir the pasta a few times during cooking so that it does not stick to the bottom. To prevent this, a dash of oil can also be added to the water, then no stirring is necessary. Taste towards the end can be the cooking time whether the pasta is cooked. Let the pasta drain slightly in a colander, then it can be returned to the pan. The paste should not be completely dry, then it will stick. This way, the pasta can be served separately, but it can of course also be mixed with the sauce.
Sauce:
In a large frying pan, fill the ground beef without butter or oil. When the minced meat has turned brown, the sauce mix with the necessary water can be added. Stir well and let it simmer for a few minutes. When the sauce and pasta are kept separate, the remaining sauce can be frozen. It is not recommended to freeze the pasta as it hardens.
Variations
A vegetable package can also be added to the pasta sauce. The sauce mix can be replaced with a pot sauce, or a homemade sauce of course.
