Because more people appear to have a gluten allergy or an intolerance to gluten, fortunately more products are coming onto the market that can replace grains. The following ingredients are required to make a chocolate cake
- 200 grams of chocolate (dark chocolate is best)
- 125 ml coconut milk
- 250 grams of almond flour
- 2 eggs
- small pinch of salt

Optionally, it is also possible to add, for example, chopped almonds or raisins to the recipe. Or you can sprinkle small pieces of white chocolate on top of the cake just before it goes into the oven. But that is not necessarily necessary, even without extra additives the taste is already delicious!
Preparation
Start by melting the dark chocolate along with the coconut milk. Make sure the mixture is mixed well. Once the mixture is well melted, stir in the two eggs. Then stir in the almond flour and salt. When this is all well mixed, then put the mixture in the baking pan. Then about 25 minutes in the oven (175 degrees) and the delicious chocolate cake is ready!

- 75 grams of cocoa nibs
- 1 tablespoon of coconut fiber
- 5 eggs
- teaspoon of baking soda
- possibly some sweetener
Preparation
Mix everything well with each other and then pour into cupcake cases. Then half an hour in a preheated oven at a temperature of 160 degrees.
Making chocolate yourself with coconut is possible in various ways
Ingredients from recipe 1 with coconut
- 50 grams of coconut oil
- 50 grams of finely chopped raisins
- 25 grams of cocoa powder
Preparation
Melt the coconut oil in a pan on the stove and add the chopped raisins. When this is well mixed, you then add the cocoa powder. Then spread a thin layer of it on a flat mold or lid and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Then individually wrap the product in cellophane. This way you can easily take one (or maybe more) pieces with you if you need a snack on the go.

- 100 grams of coconut
- a few teaspoons of cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons of honey.
- Grated coconut or chopped nuts (hazelnut, almond, etc.)
Preparation
Heat the cocoa with the cocoa powder and honey and let it melt well and then stir the mixture. When everything is well mixed, you can make it into a kind of bar by making a roll of the mixture and then pressing it flat. Then add some grated coconut or chopped nuts. And then you put the product in the freezer for at least a number of hours.
