Gourmet with meat
Indonesian meatballs
Place a bowl of pre-made meatballs on the table. Fry the minced meat balls, together with a slice of banana in half a tablespoon of soaked nasi herbs. Season with soy sauce. Delicious with peanut sauce. Optionally, the fried rice herbs can be added to the balls in advance.
moussaka
A not so obvious gourmet dish, but delicious and quick to make. Fry minced beef loose and add eggplant and tomato. Let it simmer and cook for a while. Season with salt and pepper. Delicious with grated cheese and tomato ketchup.
Provencal steaks
Cut the steak into small strips in advance or buy ready-made, possibly seasoned, steak strips. Fry the beef strips with onion and mushrooms. Delicious with herb butter on top.
Chicken fillet with curry
Cut the chicken breast into cubes or strips beforehand. Sprinkle the chicken breast with curry powder before baking. Then fry them with red pepper and banana. Check whether the chicken fillet is completely fried!
Gourmet with fish
Salmon with dill
To do this, take strips of salmon and season them with fresh dill and a little salt if necessary. Bake very briefly and season with a little mustard and a splash of white wine for the connoisseur.
Strips of sole with curry and almonds
A luxurious dish, these strips of sole. Add a little bit of curry powder and sliced almonds.
Shrimps or prawns
Shrimps and prawns are also very tasty to use for gourmet. You can fry them just like that or add some spices to your own taste. Consider, for example, garlic or paprika powder. Pancakes with flambéed compote
Bake a pancake. Let these slide onto your plate. Then fry a combination of fruits (pineapple, tangerine, cherry, peach, lychee). Add a dash of kirsch from the heat and flambé the fruits. Then spoon them on the pancake and add whipped cream if desired.
Brie with grapes
Heat a slice of brie to melt the cheese. Then add some halved grapes and heat it for a while.
Baked banana with chocolate sauce
Fry banana slices. Add a drizzle of chocolate sauce on your plate. Completely delicious with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
