For the second time this week, Vodafone customers have experienced inconvenience when calling and using the internet. The first complaints came in around 2.30 pm. The website allestoringen.nl shows that the peak was around 3 p.m.
The telecom provider says that a problem arose on the network due to human error. On Twitter, municipalities, transport companies, hospitals and various GGDs announced that they were unreachable due to the malfunction.
According to Vodafone, there is no connection with the outage two days ago. Just like now, thousands of complaints were received from customers who were unable to call or use the internet.
At around 10:30 p.m., the company announced that the outage had been resolved. “We deeply regret that our customers have been affected and apologize for the situation that has arisen,” it said in a statement.
