Sandwiches are always convenient to prepare, if not for a picnic, it is fine as an afternoon snack with a cup of tea. The English have become familiar with it and it has become established. Often sweet and savory and a great alternative to the greasy cake that we might have with afternoon tea or coffee. But for lunch the sandwiches need to be a bit fuller ?? taste, because you have to be able to live on it. Here too there are plenty of options, a number of examples.
Fish sandwich
Ingredients
- 200 grams of tuna or mackerel (water-based can) or salmon (thinly sliced for the sandwich)
- iceberg lettuce
- casino bridal bread
- 3 tablespoons of yogonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup
- capers
- low-fat margarine
- fresh chives
- fresh pepper
- sherry tomato
Preparation
Small the fish and make a paste of the tomato ketchup, yogonnaise, a handful of capers and some fresh pepper.
Cover the slices of bread with a thin layer of margarine and cover them with some lettuce. Place the just prepared mixture on top and put some fresh chopped chives on top. Briefly press the other spread sandwich and put it in the refrigerator for less than an hour. When you take it out, cut the sandwiches into small triangles, add some sherry tomatoes and it’s ready to serve.
Chicken or turkey sandwich
Ingredients
- Boiled chicken or turkey
- pearl onions
- casino brown bread
- 2 chestnut mushrooms
- paprika powder
- iceberg lettuce
- yogonnaise
Preparation
Spread the bread thinly with the yogonnaise and sprinkle some paprika on top. Then put the lettuce on both sandwiches and press. Chop up some pearl onions, as well as mushrooms. Then cut the chicken or turkey into small pieces and mix with a little yoginaise into a spreadable whole. Place this on the lettuce and press the sandwiches. Return to the refrigerator for about an hour and then make the well-known sandwiches. Serve with some sherry tomatoes and some cucumber slices.
Cheese sandwich
Ingredients
- spicy 20+ cheese
- casino bridal bread
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 1 large organic tomato (better taste!)
- 1/2 red onion
- cayenne pepper
- mixed salad
- low-fat margarine
Preparation
Boil the egg hard and in the meantime spread the sandwich with the low-fat margarine and then put a slice of spicy cheese on top. Cut some rings from the red onion and place it on top of the cheese, flush with a few slices of tomato. Top with some mixed lettuce and carefully sprinkle some cayenne pepper on top. Then the other spread sandwich on it and press it down. Place it in the refrigerator for an hour or so and then cut the sandwich into sandwiches (3 corners).
Finally
Enjoy a festive glass of dry white wine. For the ?? ordinary ?? midday meal, a cup of neutral tea or glass of semi-skimmed milk is also fine. if you do not end with sweetness, the full flavor of the sandwiches will be better preserved.
