Unfortunately, for many people, food is not yet a moment of rest and enjoyment of the food. It is often the plate, whether or not on your lap, empty food and then on with the hustle and bustle of the day. Often there are still all kinds of activities in the evening, so there is no time or time is lost during dinner. A simple meal salad or the well-known one-pan dishes is often thrown in just to be quick. That does not do the food justice and therefore some one-pan dishes that you have to prepare and eat with some attention.
Also eat the one-pan dishes with taste and let the weather be your benchmark for a fuller or lean meal from one pan. As long as you ensure that all nutrients are included in the meal and you can enjoy the food in peace, you have a full meal.
