Sandwiches have something special about something festive, especially when they are prepared with tasty and different ingredients. Good for all meals or on a summer day a picnic in the park or on the beach. Freely combine all kinds of materials to taste and use the chicken in different ways. Simple, healthy and very tasty.
Basic ingredients
The basic ingredients for these types of sandwiches are the bread and the chicken. Preferably take the bread whole grain (take different types) or take white bread with the vitamins of brown. You still get your daily dose.
Serve it at breakfast with fresh tea and at lunch or in the afternoon with a good glass of dry white wine.
Boiled chicken
There are several ways to include cooked chicken on the sandwich. Some options that can of course be varied to taste.

- tomato ketchup
- cucumber

Preparation
Boil the chicken in a pan with hot water (with a little salt) and make sure you can get some larger pieces of the chicken (otherwise the topping will be very difficult). At the same time, spread the bread with some butter and put a layer of tomato ketchup on it. Then the lettuce with some slices of cucumber on both slices of bread and place the pieces of cooked chicken on one of the two slices (cooled down). Close the sandwich, press it. Cut diagonally and refrigerate briefly before serving.

Preparation
Boil the chicken again with a little salt in the water and let the chicken fall apart well. In the meantime, spread the sandwiches with some fresh yogurt. Top with some lettuce leaves and chop some chopped leek and some slices of pickle on top. Then put the chicken over it in a sturdy container and only put some yogurt on the other slice of bread. Press firmly to keep the chicken from falling out of the sandwiches. Cut diagonally and let it become equally firm in the refrigerator. Then serve.
Baked chicken
There are several ways to include cooked chicken on the sandwich. Some options that can of course be varied according to taste.

Preparation
Fry the chicken in the baking butter and let it cool down well. In the meantime, the slices of bread can be spread with fresh yogurt. Top them with some lettuce and cooked broccoli (and cooled). Cut the florets into slices and place a few on the lettuce. Then slice the chicken and place it on top. Put some tomato on it again and spread the other sandwich with yogonnaise and close the sandwich, press it and cut it diagonally again.
Secure with a skewer in the refrigerator and put a sherry tomato on the skewer for garnish.

Preparation
Fry the cliff again in some baking butter and chop an onion. In the meantime, the slices of bread can be spread with butter, some arugula lettuce on top and put some fresh kimkommer on top. A little aroma over the cucumber and then place the fried chicken in small pieces over the salad with cucumber. Sprinkle some more cayenne pepper over it and put the other butter-smeared slice of bread back on top. Press, cut through and refrigerate for a while.
