Breakfast
Many people skip breakfast. If you really don’t have time for breakfast, bring a few sandwiches to work. Then you cannot go “wrong” and eat when you get hungry.
Some examples for breakfast and / or lunch
- Whole wheat bread with apple syrup
- Whole wheat bread with Swiss cheese spread
- Whole wheat bread with sugar-free jam
- Whole grain bread with tomatoes or other raw vegetables
- Low-fat yogurt 0% fat with sugar-free jam or sweetener
If you really can’t do without butter, you can drain cottage cheese based on 0% fat in a colander covered with kitchen paper. What remains is thick enough to spread on bread.
The amount you eat doesn’t matter. This method does not count calories. It is important not to consume fats and carbohydrates together and to avoid sugar, white pasta and potatoes. You can take sweetener instead of sugar. This is available in solid and liquid form. The solid form is part of a carbohydrate meal, for example due to the low-fat yogurt. The liquid version is used during the fat meal. Wait at least three hours until you have another meal.
The evening meal will usually consist of a fat meal. You may drink one glass of red wine.
