When the cheerful warmer seasons arrive we can legitimately eat an ice cream. An ice cream as a refreshment or an ice cream just because it is tasty. Combine all kinds of ingredients yourself to be able to offer a delicious ice cream for dessert. Simple, delicious and very effective. If desired, the fruit can also be replaced by other fruit such as banana, kiwi or melon and is of course entirely according to your own taste.
Lemon ice cream with biscuit
Ingredients
- 6 heaped tablespoons of lemon ice cream
- 4 rolled up biscuits
- 4 sprigs of mint
- whipped cream
- powdered sugar
- pure sprinkles
Preparation
Take large sundae or champagne glasses and fill them with the fresh lemon ice. Then put them in the freezer for an hour or so. Take them out of the freezer just before they go on the table, add a sprig of mint, sprinkle some pure sprinkles on top and put a rolled up biscuit and sprinkle a little bit of icing sugar over it and set a dollop of whipped cream on top.
Vanilla ice cream with strawberries
Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons of vanilla ice cream
- 8 medium strawberries
- Strawberry jelly
- dark chocolate leaves
- powdered sugar
Preparation
Take large ice creams and fill them with the vanilla ice cream scoops. Run a little bit of strawberry jam on the outsides and then put them in the freezer for an hour or so. Before serving, remove them from the freezer and set on some cleaned fresh strawberries and chocolate leaves. Sprinkle some icing sugar on top and they are ready to serve.
Frozen yogurt with fruit
Ingredients
- 150 grams of fresh red berries
- 150 grams of sliced banana
- 2 tangerines (without stone)
- 75 grams of whipped cream
- 400 grams of low-fat yogurt
- 100 grams of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of lime juice
Preparation
Clean the fruit and put it in the blender. Add the sugar and the lime juice and when it is well mixed the yogurt can be added. Mix well and put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the mixture to settle. Then turn it in the ice cream maker and serve it in nice sections with some red berries on the ice.
Ice cream cocktail with alcohol
Ingredients
- sparkling white wine
- liqueur (various flavors are possible)
- ice cream
Preparation
Put 2 scoops of ice in the glass and add a splash of liqueur and finish (almost to the edge of the glass) with the sparkling wine. Leave it in the refrigerator for about an hour and add a colored straw to finish and serve.
