Halve the melon lengthwise and remove the seeds. Then cut each half into 4 slices of equal thickness. remove the skin from these pieces. Also cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the stone. Peel the halves and cut each into four equal parts. Sprinkle the avocado pieces evenly with lemon juice to prevent discoloration. Spinach bun with Parmesan cheese

- 2 bags of spinach (a 300 g)
