Spinach Casserole

- 450 grams of frozen spinach
- 200 grams of spaghetti
- 200 grams of minced meat
- 1 onion

Preparation
- Oven: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Spaghetti: Cook the spaghetti al dente and drain.
- Spinach: Slowly defrost the spinach in a pan. Add a little bit of salt and pepper. Add two tablespoons of Italian herbs, 1 teaspoon of nutmeg and half a teaspoon of garlic.
- Minced meat: Sprinkle minced herbs over the spinach. Fry the minced meat. Cut the onion into small pieces and fry it with the minced meat.
- Tomatoes: Wash the tomatoes and cut them into 8 wedges. Add the tomato to the spinach when it is ready and let it heat for 1 minute.
- The dish: Put the spaghetti in the oven dish and spread it evenly on the bottom. Place the minced meat on top and spread it evenly. As the last layer, spread the spinach. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top. . The dish can be cooked under a grill for 5 minutes or in the oven for 20 minutes until the cheese has melted. After this, your spinach dish is ready!
Variations
The minced meat can be omitted for vegetarian people. You can add mushrooms instead. You can add pieces of paprika to the spinach.
Fresh spinach lasagna
Ingredients for 4 people
- 2 kilos of fresh leaf spinach
- 200 grams of onions
- 600 grams of bush tomatoes
- 1 or 2 cloves of garlic
- 50 grams of butter
- 40 grams of flour
- 300 ml of milk
- 250 ml of whipped cream
- 1 tablespoon of Provencal dried herbs
- 5 eggs
- Pepper
- 12 to 15 lasagne sheets
- 300 grams of grated cheese
- Half a bunch of parsley
- Oven dish measuring 20 by 30 centimeters
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Spinach: Wash clean the spinach thoroughly. Blanch the leaves in water with a little salt for 5 minutes. Scare them, drain them well and strain.
- Onions: Peel the onions and cut them into small pieces.
- Garlic: Peel the garlic and put it through the press.
- to blend: Put the spinach and onions in a pan and add a splash of oil. Mix this. Dust it with flour and add the milk and whipped cream. Also add the garlic and Provencal herbs. Stir well and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and add the eggs. Stir well again. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Tomatoes: Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices.
- Parsley: Rinse and finely chop the parsley.

Spinach spaghettini
Ingredients for 4 people
- 300 grams of fresh spinach
- 3 red chilies
- 4 clove of garlic
- 400 grams of spaghettini
- salt
- 150 ml of olive oil
- 50 grams of sesame seeds
Preparation
- Spinach: Wash the spinach thoroughly, shake it dry or let it drain.
- Peppers: Clean the chilies, cut them in half and remove the seed clusters. Cut the peppers into small pieces.
- Garlic: Peel and finely chop the garlic.
- Spaghettini: Cook the spaghettini al dente in water with some salt. Let it drain well.
- Mix: Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chili peppers in it. Add the garlic and stir fry until translucent. Add the sesame seeds and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the spinach and stir well. Spoon the mixture into the pasta. Add salt and pepper to taste and your spinach spaghettini is ready!
