Why plant in the aquarium?
The use of plants in the aquarium not only has an aesthetic function, but also has a function in keeping the aquarium itself stable. This is how the plants produce oxygen, which fish need to survive. This can of course also be done by means of devices that produce bubbles in the aquarium, but plants already look a lot more natural. How to maintain

It is also important to change the water; this is not only important for the fish, but also for the plants. Another way to make the aquarium plants grow faster is to fertilize the plants, although this is only common in a single aquarium. Aquarium plants do not necessarily need it, but they do grow better.
What types of aquarium plants are there
There are actually three types of aquarium plants. The types are grassy, foliage plants and stem plants. Grass-like plants are actually nothing more than plants that have a very strong resemblance to grass, they often have a small maximum size and they will soon cover the bottom of the aquarium.
Foliage plants are characterized by standing in the container like a kind of fern. Here all kinds of plants grow up from the roots. Stem plants are the better known species, where leaves grow on the trunk of the aquarium plant.
