The last recipe is supplemented with leeks and pine nuts.
Recipe 1: Arugula, brie, walnuts, apple and honey

What do you need?
- 1 onion
- a bag of arugula
- 100 grams of walnuts
- Brie
- 1 apple
- Croutons
- mustard
- lemon
- olive oil
- honey

How do you make the salad?
Cut the onion into small pieces and fry it in a little olive oil in the frying pan for 5 minutes. Add the walnuts (in pieces) at the end to make it crispy. Wash the arugula and put it in a bowl. Add the onion and the walnuts. Cut the apple into small strips. Cut the brie into small slices. Add the apple and the brie to the salad. Also add the croutons (the amount depends on your own wishes). Season the salad with salt and pepper
How do you make the dressing?
Grab a bowl and add two tablespoons of olive oil. Then add a teaspoon of mustard and two tablespoons of honey. Then squeeze the lemon a few times over the mixture. Mix the ingredients together and finally add some salt and pepper to season it.
Recipe 2: Pasta salad with brie and walnuts

- 300 grams of whole grain penne
- Brie
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 2 red onions
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 50 grams of walnuts
- vinegar
- mayonnaise
- mustard
- a bag of lamb’s lettuce
How do you make the salad?
Boil the penne according to the instructions on the package. When the penne is cooked enough, drain the water and rinse the penne with cold water. Then cut the brie into slices. Then remove four large leaves from the iceberg lettuce and set them aside. Cut the rest of the iceberg lettuce into strips. Peel the onion and cut it into strips as well. Clean the radish and cut it into small pieces. Chop the walnuts into small pieces. Mix all these ingredients together in a large bowl. Season this mixture well with salt and pepper.
How do you make the dressing?
Put two tablespoons of vinegar in a bowl. Then mix in 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise and two teaspoons of mustard. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
Add the dressing to the salad. Then spoon the salad into the large lettuce leaves and you’re done!
Recipe 3: Salad with brie, walnuts, pine nuts and leek

- 1 bag of iceberg lettuce
- Brie
- 1 thin leek
- 100 grams of walnuts
- 50 grams of pine nuts
- honey
- mustard
- pepper and salt
How are you?
Cut the leek into small pieces and cut the brie into thin slices. Pour the iceberg lettuce into a bowl and add the walnuts and pine nuts. Then add the pieces of leek and brie to the bowl. Sprinkle three tablespoons of honey and one teaspoon of mustard over it. To make the salad slightly smoother, you can add some olive oil if necessary. Finally, season the salad with salt and pepper.
