A former Thai boxer’s wife, Jotaniya, became distressed after her husband, Santhit, was pursued by police. She hijacked a police car, forced the officer to drive her to Ayutthaya, and escaped into the forest.
On October 3, at 19:00, police pursued Santhit, 39, wanted for burglary. He fired at officers and fled into a neighboring house while damaging security cameras to avoid capture.
