Final suspect caught in Diakon case; luxury cars seized from Kunt and Joy

The authorities have apprehended the last fugitive, “Boss Peter,” related to the iCon case. Previously captured suspects are undergoing asset seizures and questioning.

On October 16, 2024, following the issuance of arrest warrants for 18 related suspects in two charges of fraud and violations of the Computer Crimes Act, the central investigation unit began bringing them in for additional questioning.

As of 8:50 PM, reports confirmed the arrest of Mr. Chatchanapad Apiphatthakan (Boss Tommy) and Ms. Saowapa Wongsaka (Boss Umy), with Mr. Klad Setthanant (Boss Peter) remaining at large.

After all suspects were apprehended and evidence collected, they were taken to the central investigation unit before being questioned separately at the Consumer Protection Crime Division.

The seized assets include three luxury cars from Boss Kan: a red Ford Mustang, a red Porsche Cayenne, and a red Kia Carnival. Additionally, Boss Joy had two vehicles seized: a black Toyota Alphard and a yellow Porsche.
