The Police Consumer Protection Bureau (PCPB) has requested arrest warrants for “P’A Beer” (Karnphol Ruangaram) and “Mother Tuck” (Karaknuk Suwanbut) on four charges including fraud, computer-related offenses, and violations of consumer protection laws. They are accused of running an online gold business that misled the public.

On September 30, 2024, at 10:00 AM, the police revealed that they had authorized investigations into the online gold dealings of Mother Tuck and P’A Beer. They requested an arrest warrant under case numbers 4797-4798-4799 for the accusations of colluding to defraud the public and disseminating false information that could harm consumers.

Subsequently, at 11:00 AM, police officers executed search warrants at both the home of Mother Tuck and P’A Beer and at their gold shop, K2N Gold Co., Ltd. in Bangkok.

Currently, both suspects have been taken into custody for further questioning at the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of the police.
