Chicken fillet with onion and mushrooms
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts in cubes
- 250 g mushrooms sliced
- 2 onions in pieces
- vegetable oil
- pepper and salt to taste
Preparation method
- Season the chicken cubes with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil and fry the cubes of chicken fillet in it for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
- Cut a cube of chicken to check if it is cooked.
- Remove them from the pan with a slotted spoon and keep warm.
- Fry the mushrooms until they start to soften a little.
- Remove them from the pan and keep them aside.
- Fry the onions until they are brown, mix the cubes of chicken fillet for 1 minute.
- Finally add the mushrooms and gently mix everything together.
For 4 persons, it can be served with fried rice or rice. Serve with sweet chili sauce if desired.

Ingredients

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts in cubes or strips
- 125 g cashews
- 1 cucumber sliced
- 4 carrots sliced
- pepper and salt to taste
For the sauce
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 4 tablespoons of water
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of white wine
Preparation method
- First make the sauce: smooth the cornflour with the water and stir in the remaining ingredients for the sauce.
- Keep the sauce aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Fry the strips or cubes of chicken breasts for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove them from the pan with a slotted spoon and set aside.
- Put the carrot slices in the pan and stir fry for about 3-4 minutes, then remove them from the pan.
- Stir fry the cucumber for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the chicken cubes, cashew nuts and carrots.
- Mix the ingredients well for 1-2 minutes and divide the food between the plates.
- Stir the sauce well again and throw it in the wok.
- Set the heat to high. Heat the sauce and stir it well.
- Pour the warm mixture over the chicken breast.
