A 40-year-old woman, identified as Ms. Kathakanya, has been arrested for stealing a newly registered Honda HR-V SUV in Bangkok. The incident occurred on October 2nd at The Street Ratchada parking lot, where the car was taken with the owner’s cat inside. Police apprehended her later that evening in Lad Phrao district. She has a history of mental health issues, having undergone treatment for 2-3 years, and claims she was instructed by someone to steal the vehicle.
