The Bang Bon District Court has granted temporary release to “Chef Oi”, who is facing charges of embezzlement, with a bail amount set at 200,000 baht.
This follows the arrest of Mrs. Yuwadee Chaisiri-panitch, also known as Chef Oi, aged 54 from Phitsanulok province, executed by officials on September 2, 2024. She is accused of embezzling over 2 million baht.
After being detained, Chef Oi’s legal representatives submitted a request for temporary release, which the court has now approved, allowing her to post bail in cash.
