After investigators applied for a warrant to arrest multiple suspects in the Icon Group fraud case, including Boss Paul, a total of 18 individuals are implicated for charges of public fraud and inputting false data into computer systems.

On October 17, 2024, Boss Kant (Kantathavorn), 38, was arrested under the warrant issued on October 16, 2024, for charges of public fraud and other offenses related to misleading computer data that could harm the public.

Following his surrender at a designated location, authorities presented the arrest warrant to him, proceeded to inform him of the charges, and took him into custody for questioning at the Central Investigation Bureau.
