A well-known advertising director, Phiratee Wasinchai, suffered serious injuries after jumping down a 2.5-meter drop while seeking help from locals after her car ran out of fuel. The incident occurred on September 24, at around 6:00 PM in Chachoengsao province.
Local police, led by Lieutenant Colonel Pongpop Kudhom, were alerted and found the 37-year-old director incapacitated on the roadside, exhibiting signs of distress. She was quickly provided first aid and transported to Chularat 11 Hospital.
Witnesses reported seeing Phiratee park her SUV on the side of the road and walk towards the sidewalk before attempting to jump down. Fortunately, the height was only 2.5 meters, but she landed wrong, hitting a concrete edge and sustaining severe injuries. The police later discovered her vehicle left on the road with personal belongings inside, indicating that the car had run out of gas and needed to be towed.
It is believed that Phiratee attempted to jump down to ask for help after her vehicle ran out of gas, but miscalculated and fell, leading to her injuries.
Phiratee is known for her successful work in the advertising industry and previously won an award for the Midnight Sale campaign for Central Department Store in 2019. Hospital staff have contacted her relatives, who have rushed to the hospital to check on her condition.
