Kritanong denies extortion; aimed to help victims, warned Boss Paul

“Krissanong” has openly denied allegations of extortion related to iCon, stating her actions were solely to assist victims. She acknowledged knowing “Boss Paul” but emphasized they are not close, and she warned him to address business problems to avoid ongoing issues.

This follows claims by a famous lawyer’s page regarding a female singer allegedly soliciting funds from iCon victims, taking 20% in fees under the pretense of helping. Boss Paul’s lawyer also confirmed awareness of the situation and cited past incidents where money was solicited.

In response, Ms. Krissanong Suwannawong, operator of the anti-scam page, clarified she has not extorted anyone. About 3-4 months prior to the legal issues, 89 victims reached out for help in claiming damages from iCon, totaling 15 million baht. Boss Paul offered to pay half of that amount, which the victims accepted, and funds were handled transparently.

Some victims expressed gratitude toward her assistance, while she clarified that the funds came from a support fund, open to donations, and not predetermined amounts. She has organized training sessions for victims with these resources two months ago.

Ms. Krissanong stated she is open to investigation and has documentation to back her claims, knowing such scenarios can arise in her field. She maintains a cautious relationship with Boss Paul, having previously advised him to rectify the situation concerning the victims, warning that failure to do so would result in more victims emerging, which ultimately has come to pass.
