Herbs can give a dish a surprising and delicious taste. But which herb should you use with which dish? You can buy a number of herbs as plants at a supermarket or garden center. You can then keep them yourself in the garden or on the windowsill. You can also buy herbs in dried form, of course, but the taste is still better when fresh. Use 1/3 the amount of fresh herbs in the dried molds.
Sage
