Sometimes it is busy and you do not feel like having all those pans on the counter, or you want to prepare several meals. What is handy are the one-pan dishes. These stew dishes are created by trying and tasting.
Chicken fillet with green beans and carrot
Necessities
- 300 grams of chicken fillet
- 1 cup of mushrooms
- 1 winter carrot
- 2 handfuls of green beans
- 2 tablespoons pearl onions
- 1 cup of creme fraiche
- 1 cube of chicken stock
- 200 grams of bacon
- 3 potatoes
Preparation
Cut your chicken breast into pieces and fry the bacon nicely brown in the meantime. When the bacon is brown, remove it from the pan and fry the chicken fillet in the fat of the bacon. Meanwhile cut the carrot into thin slices, the green beans in half, the potato peeled into 6 pieces and the mushrooms into slices. When the chicken is cooked, remove it from the pan and slowly stir-fry all the vegetables and the pearl onions for about 4 minutes. Then add the creme fraiche. If you have stirred everything together well, the chicken and bacon can be added. Deglaze all this with 3 cups of hot water and the broth cube. Let this simmer gently for about 40 minutes.
Chicken with tomato
Necessities
- 0.5 kg of peeled potatoes in cubes
- 3 chopped onions
- 200 grams of smoked bacon in cubes
- 4 skinned tomatoes (cut into wedges)
- Juice of 1 orange
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of picalilly
- 1 dl chicken stock
- 300 grams of chicken fillet
Preparation
First fry the bacon in a pan and add the onions. Remove this from the pan and fry the sliced chicken breast. Then add all the ingredients and make sure there is enough moisture on it to let it simmer for about 40 minutes.
Chicken with chicory
Necessities
- 300 grams of chicken fillet
- 1 point gorgonzola
- 6 heads of chicory
- 1 large onion
- 1 container of small mushrooms
- 1 cup of creme fraiche
- olive oil
Preparation
Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and sprinkle with some salt and pepper if necessary. Cut the chicory into thin rings. Chop the onion and cut the mushrooms. Fry the chicken briefly in olive oil. Then remove the chicken from the pan and fry the chicory and mushrooms with onion. Add the chicken fillet and then add the creme fraiche and gorgonzola. let it stew for about 30 minutes.
